There is a fishing dock with cleaning station as well as a short term guest boat space. Owner has a deeded boat slip with lift that might be available for an additional fee. Boat slip holds a 25’ boat with motor, lift is 13,000 lbs. Other bigger slips may be available for up to a 40' boat.
Owner would like to use February and March, but would reconsider with a longer stay of 6 or more months.
