There is a new stackable washer and dryer for your use located in the kitchen. There is ample parking including room for an RV. For entertainment there is a 55 inch Smart TV in the living room and a wall mounted smart TV in the primary bedroom. The TVs DO NOT have cable however, they are smart TVs where you can log into your streaming services. There is a Skeet Ball Game and dueling karaoke bluetooth microphones for fun. The kitchen is equip with quality cookware, silverware, dinnerware and glassware.
